PSV Requirements
A PSV License is a type of vocational driving license which allows the holder to drive any type of vehicle used to transport paying passengers. E-hailing drivers are now required to get a PSV License.

EVP Requirements
An E-Hailing Vehicle Permit (EVP) is mandatory for all e-hailing vehicles in Malaysia. Issued by the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD), it ensures vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards. Requirements include documentation, vehicle inspections, and compliance with insurance and age limits. The EVP guarantees legal and safe operations within the e-hailing industry.

How do I register as a MyCar driver?
I already have a medical report. When can I register for PSV Class at MyCar office?
PSV classes are temporarily unavailable. Stay tuned—an announcement will be made when classes are available again.
How do I transfer money from my credit wallet to my bank account?
You can request a minimum withdrawal of RM 20.00 of CASH WALLET ONLY. CREDIT WALLET NON REFUNDABLE ONLY CASH WALLET CAN BE REFUNDABLE.
How long does it take for my cash wallet balance to be credited into my bank account?
Your money will be credited within 14 working days after withdrawal request made.
How do I change my vehicle info and update my documents?
You can update your documents in your MyCar Driver app:
- Click the option button on the top left of the screen > Click Document > Click on the document that you want to update.
- Enter the details and upload the picture.
- Click the Submit button.
- Your documents are already submitted to Admin for verification.
- You can change your vehicle info in your MyCar Driver app:
● Swipe up on the main page of your MyCar Driver App.
● Click on your vehicle > Click Edit button on the top right of the screen.
● Enter details > Click Done button on the top right of the screen.
● Your vehicle information is now updated in the system.
My customer ran away without paying the fare to me. How do I claim the money?
You can contact us by General WhatsApp Hotline: +60 19-421 6208. The case will be investigated by Admin in 14 working days.
How do I change my phone number in MyCar Driver app?
You can change your phone number in your MyCar Driver app:
- Click the option button on the top left of the screen > Click Profile > Click the edit icon on the top right of the screen.
- Change your phone number > Click the done icon on the top right of the screen.
- Enter your MyCar Driver app password for verification.
- Your phone number is now updated in the system.
Can I sign into the new MyCar Driver app with my existing phone number from the old app?
You need to sign up and register to our new MyCar Driver app with your existing phone number.
Can I use both the new and old MyCar apps if I change my car?
Yes, you can use both vehicle but you need to submit your vehicle details and vehicle picture for verification.
How do I close my driver’s account?
You can contact us by Finance WhatsApp Hotline: +60 19-490 6208 for Cash Wallet transfer process. Your money will be credited within 14 working days.
How do I return belongings left by passenger?
Call the passenger to return their belongings with the fare which has been agreed by both parties (the driver & passenger)
If the passenger refuses to pay, please return the belongings to our HQ in L1-12, PJ Midtown, Jalan Kemajuan, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and inform the passenger to come to our HQ for collection.
